I am having an issue with my credit card purchase being accepted. What can I do.
Most issues we see with credit cards are with the purchasers addres NOT matching the billing address on record with the credit card company. The actual billing address must be entered. You may call our main number 903-871-2150 and we will be happy to assist you.

Another issue with credit cards is with the CCV number requested.  This is generally a 3 digit number printed in or next to the signature strip on the back of Visa, MC, and Discover cards.  On AmEx cards, the CCV number is on the front of the card.  This number must be entered in the box requested.
