With Pedagogy the courses an individual nurse has taken "travels" with him/her. If you move to a facility that uses Pedagogy for education we can transfer your education "history" to that facility's dashboard. It will be up to your "NEW" employer as to which course(s) will need to be completed to comply with their educational requirements.
